What is N.P.C.A. plant certification?

N.P.C.A. stands for National Precast Concrete Association; an international trade association representing manufacturers of plant produced precast concrete products and associated services. N.P.C.A. plant certification program is a voluntary process for precast concrete plants to demonstrate their commitment to production of high quality products. The users and specifiers of these products benefit because they can easily identify and select high quality precast concrete manufacturers.
